32 to 35 locking hubcaps rarely have key codes. Probably only 5% of the locks I have seen have a code. The other 95% do not have a code ANYWHERE. Not even on the cylinder body.

One thing to try is drop the rear spring out of the rear crossmember.
It helps to lift the frame off the spring onto jack stands and have the rear on wheels on or on a floor jack. Roll the rear end...
