Hmm, my shackles are pretty much horizontal. BUT, my project is a new build and the frame is still supported on jackstands. I am sure someone who actually knows what they are talking about will...

Do you have them out to count them? The top two can be hard to see up inside the crossmember. If your "U" Bolts appear to be fully used, you might want to double check.
