I live in a residential area. There’s a 4-way stop one house down. I’d say about 1 in 10; actually stop. Maybe 3 in 10 slow to 15 mph and move on. The remainder just ignore at 30 mph!

There’s numerous codes for ford “engine” blue. But, mot sure closeness to the Model A badge color.
Also, lots of Ford Blue engine paint available including spray cans.

It’s likely not as much the fender as the braces and light bar.
But twisting the fender as needed could be in order.
I’m not sure you could identify any small area of the fender enough. And too...
