Removing heads.

I know thereís a sequence for torquing heads down, do you just follow the sequence in reverse when removing them or does it not matter?

Reusing head bolts.

I have a 49-53 engine that I want to open up to check what condition my condition is in. Do I need to replace the head bolts or can I reuse what I have, assuming (naively) that they all come out ok....

I come to you fully hat in hand. Is the fly wheel pressure fit to the crank or should I be able to remove it with a couple swift taps of the hammer after I take the bolts out? I may have bitten off...
