NOS Original Ford Flathead V8 239ci 4 Ring Pistons 1939-1948 .030 Over

Near as I can tell these are 1939 to 1948 239 cubic inch Ford Flathead V8 4 ring pistons
for a 3.1875" bore +.030
On the Van Pelt Web site it shows the oil ring groove to be 5/32"
These are new...

48 - 53 Truck Starter Plate Question?

Can anyone tell what is the year & model difference between these 2 starter plates .

One is flat the other has 2 indentations.
