I found some rings online, oil ring fits perfect but the top ring is 1mm to narrow. As an interim measure only I have 2 oil rings fitted as the are the correct width. I will source...

Hi Tim,

I believe it's civilian as there is no hatch on the roof etc, The bonnet has the ford script on it but I think this is from a later model. The bonnet you say is rare is identified how?

Hi All,

Hopefully someone can give some guidance, I am chasing the securing clips/fittings to reinstall the grill bars and the hood jewellery, I see some trim packs online ( don't say grille)...

I have a small air compressor that I want to mount to the side of the 4 speed box in the 42 Ford Truck.

While rebuilding it the compression ring snapped, was wondering if anyone knew...

Hi All,

Still slowly working away on the old 42 truck, I have the chrome pieces away at the chromers but I am getting some pieces done in copper.

The copper will need to be clear coated to seal...

If it was anything but a pdf document I wouldn't try. PDF docs are generally ok unless they have code for signing etc which could have something malicious.

Hi All,

Are these holes for pedal stoppers underneath the floor to stop the pedal hitting the floor?

I thought they might be but have not found them in any of the stores a yet.

I filled a couple of more times with cardboard underneath ust to see if it leaked, nothing on the cardboard and only a wisp of moisture around the powervalve, i will put back together...

So i left it the 24hrs and the fuel level went way down in the bowl, there was no puddle below the card on the sheet metal. There was only a slight residue.

Surely losing that much...
