1940 Rear side window install help

Can anyone point me to some instructions on installing the glass into/onto the regulators in the rear side of the 40 Standard? I put in new felts and runners today, but am unsure which way the glass...

Would have been interesting to measure how much liquid oil (lets say less than 20/50) vs sludge remained. Looks like at least half was now sludge, which would be like running an engine on 2.5 quarts...

THANKS Kube - that sounds easy. Now for the details - are you saying to slice the rubber to get it over the pivot bracket after it's riveted to the frame?

EDIT - in looking at it more it looks...

Hey guys, I was trying to figure out how the seals that go on the window surrounds install and THINK I know what I should do, but want to make sure first. The vents hinge gets riveted to the frame...

I just went through all this on my 53 Flatty (in my 46 Mercury truck). After similar suggestions and advice, I changed out all the ignition parts: condensor, cap, rotor and wires - which were needed....
