Before that you worked what ever was demanded and without overtime. Henry Ford really was a blessing to the American workforce.

All 5 of mine are from Montgomery Wards “Riverside” line of Model A parts.
I’ve read on here that they were discontinued in 1976.
Mine were bought in the ‘70’s sometime by previous owners Father....

If they used Loctite you may need to use a little heat. Only heat up the bearing race though, do not heat the spindle too much. Loctite will release with heat.

You don't need more than 4 cylinders as 4 is enough. If it was good Enough for Henry Ford then its Good enough for Me!!!
