No but I have rebuilt a few kitten units the rotor is a special two tier unit that fires on that cap ring , the rotor would be really really rare ...

Just to add to the discussion on a helmet only one set of point will burn up , they use a make set ( makes the circuit) and a break set (opens the circuit ) ... The only set that arcs is the break...

Light at the end of a tunnel
There is light at the end of the tunnel !!! Getting somewhat caught up with past orders etc .
I do have 4 Harmon Collins dual coils to do that I have had for sometimes . Two of them only run on...

Dual points have longer period of dwell ( coil build up time) not really needed in a flathead !!

1= The napa replacement black conventional) hasnt been availble for a long time !! I used to use them quite a bit . No longer available
2= The crab style cap will not fit the chevy style...

You mostly know that i only work about 12-15 hours a week, i mean well but when the smoke clears thats about what it is .
Because of the virus i pretty much stay in the compound between the house...

You dont need springs !!
These units are adjustable by bending the tabs holding the springs thru a adjust ment hole in the breaker plate . Can be done on car in most cases , look at the spring size...

That’s engine rpms using a new set of Napa Cs47 contacts that’s pretty typical for these contacts .
I have a running engine stand snd if I ever get caught up I plan on using a scope with some...
