Help with identifing Crown and pinion

The gear set on the left side is a 4.11 for a 1932-1934 diff. Can anyone help with the identity of the set on the right. It is also a 4.11. The crown gear is thicker and the pinion gear is bigger....

I believe this is a 1936 Ford spare tire mount and locking system. A friend gave it to me to sell for him. Asking $125.00 plus shipping as shown. Lock has key and works.
