Re: How to prime the flatty
Has anyone ever installed a aircraft style hand primer instead of a free flow electric pump for the purpose of priming when the lines are dry?

Re: Engine install, 53 vic
I put mine in to my 51 assembled with the rad, hood latch panel and hood removed. I used my cherry picker and an extra set of hands from my Dad.

Re: Help, 8ba suddenly running hot.
Ok guys. It turns out it was the gauge. I ordered two SW mechanical temp gauges and it turns out they have a huge pipe thread that is larger than the holes in the heads. Is there an adapter or can I...

Re: Help, 8ba suddenly running hot.

Re: Help, 8ba suddenly running hot.
The only thing I can think of is that I put the battery in backwards accidentally for about a minute yesterday. (brain fart) Could this have messed up the gauge?

8BA exhaust crossover tube?
I appears that nobody makes a crossover tube for my 51 vert or any other late flathead for that matter. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Eric.
