Re: Mystery Door Handle

...back in the day, I found lots of the NOS 37 handles w/keys in old Ford dealers. I sold many to owners of 32s, 34s, and others. It was difficult to find 32, 33, and 34 trunk handles in good shape...

Re: Warning - Sophisticated Scammer Trolling the Want Adds

I'm glad that I didn't miss a "deal of a lifetime". This guy from way out Nevada somewhere answered my wanted ad for a 34 Henry roadster body. Same story as related by others. He is a pro because he...

Re: STOLEN RODSTER north of Denver

I've never heard of the "not going to a restaurant" restriction. I'm going to clarify that with my insurance company (Grundy) tomorrow and get it in writing.

...I've heard about several stolen hot rods lately. I wonder if he parked it where he could see it from his seat in the restaurant. I drive my 34 to a few different places here, but if I can't park...

Re: Greyhound Radiator Caps

I solved the possible theft problem by carrying a regular cap and put it on if my car is out of sight for any length of time.

Re: Seeking the whereabouts of........

Hello David, I'm sure you've already done it, but, if you know his name, look in the Early V-8 club roster and see if his name is there. If not in the current one, look in an old one.
