If no fusses, or they look OK, the battery connections are next on the list. Disconnect them from the battery, and clean them and the battery posts. Reconnect and start tracing the 'juice' along...

Are you POSITIVE the timing gear is good? My only sure check is to pull the gear cover from the front of the engine and spin the crankshaft. If the timing gear CONTINUOUSLY spins, it should be...

I just looked at the clip on my cushion, and it is a 30/31 style. See pic. Could that be my problem? Would a 28/29 clip fix it?
