Almost positive they are '32.

Definitely NOT 33-34

Some of the metal parts are missing and the center bow is missing,

Re: WTB: Driver's seat for '31 Vicky

Both the early and late drivers seats are the same width and are wider than the passenger seat.

The earlier drivers seat uses a long rod at the front that can be placed in different holes in...

Re: Push down ignition switch

I am glad this worked out for you. Thanks for letting us know.

Often, we make suggestions but never know if the problem was solved or what the outcome was.

You will enjoy having a "Pop-Out"...

Re: any advantages to downdraft carb & header..??

If you are going to make some changes with the engine itself, consider Cam and Compression. As stated before, the stock Model A cam is not much. The "B" cam is much much better and there are...

Re: any advantages to downdraft carb & header..??

With a completely stock engine, I do not think you would realize much improvement.

If the engine had some upgrades, cam, more compression, bigger intake valves, some port work etc, then you...

Re: motor problems again

You say after running for 15 minutes, is this at Idle?

If this is a fresh engine, allowing it to idle for long periods of time is not good for the engine. The engine does not oil well at idle...

Re: 1931 Cabriolet Rumble Lid

It would not hurt to drill some drain holes.

I am also in the process of getting a rumble lid ready for paint.

I plan to get some Rust encapsulating paint down inside in this lower area.

If your electrical system is in good condition, 6 Volts will work just fine and will be just as reliable as 12 Volts.

The Victoria...

Re: Ford's Different Wheel Sizes

18's in '32

17's in '33 & '34

16's in '35 and on thru the war. I think clear up thru '48.

'35 was the last year for spoke wheels.
