Are your manifold gasket surfaces flat and parallel with each other? Are you using the gland rings? Is your exhaust manifold 'drooping' on the back end?

I like the late '31 copper gaskets....

Flashing green light means your battery is 80% charged. Does it ever achieve full charge (solid green)? I honestly never noticed any buzzing, but then again I haven't noticed it flashing much...

Never had a problem with the Best Graphtite head gasket. Do retoque your head after running and cooling 2-3 times.

I seem to remember Bratton's said to adjust to ⅝" same as Snyder's and Les Andrews. Then Bratton's went to 11/16".

NOW you'll see that Bratton's tool instructions has changed...
