Re: Hershey experience

Another highlight for me was chatting up Frank Sr. and Jr. and getting a lookie-loo at that sweet sign. I really love hanging with Sr. any time I can! Jr. has been a road-buddy for a good while. ...

Re: Hershey experience

One good memory for me... I was standing in the car corral on Wednesday, taking in a '32 coupe. I look up and there's one Old Redneck. We chatted for a moment about the modifications on the car. ...

Re: Hershey experience

That Ute was nice but not as special as the owner thought. He said it had been in his museum since he purchased it, not a good sign IMHO. He couldn't resist turning the conversation to politics,...

Re: Coolant Drain Pitcock Brokern Off

Hi Everyone, I've also broken one of these petcocks. For the '37 block I did it to, they are a brass piece threaded into the block. So, note to all others, DO NOT TWIST HARD ON THESE. The brass...

Re: Unusual carburation on Flathead V8’s

So many problems on the above quad idear... Boggles the mind.

But I'm lovin' the thought of I-Talian Testa-Rossa bits on your Ford. Just not lovin' that price tag.

Re: Early Ford Suppliers- Positive Comments Welcome!

Charlie Schwendler (Charlie NY) did the trans, carb, fuel pump, diff, and steering on my 36 Phaeton. Nothing to say but perfection. I've also used Uncle Max on the carb for my 35. I sent a turd...

Re: 1936 floorboard screws

As for me, I drive too. Judging bums me out most of the time. Just put 2K miles on my 35 beater.

Edit: Still I prefer to use correct fasteners. I have to replace a couple of hundred on my car...
