Yours is evidently much different from my 30 Tudor, but wondering if you can remove one of the side rails to allow you to slip the ribs in place then reattached the side rail?

Thanks Bob C. They were in a box with some other Model A parts, so that's probably how they were used. I had never seen an arm like the set on the right. I looked for signs that they had been heated...
