At this point I'm just trying to get it to fire off starting fluid - I figure I'll tackle any fuel delivery issues if I can get it to fire.

I'll check for arcing while I crank...

I've got an engine that looks to have come out of a '31 AA. There's a second number stamped upside-down on the pad: 21130.

I've never seen this before, can anyone shed some light? ...
