You need to be asking on the Early V8 forums with questions and replies. This section is for help with the site not car questions. By the way adding too much solder can cause the float to give wrong...

Re: Heater control valve question

I am going to say no. You could try some of the high temp foil wrapped flex hose like was used in the VW air cooled heating system. The exhaust heaters were not stock and there were many different...

Re: Model A parts Suppliers.

We both live in Portland and yes we are safe, from smoke not so much. Out of the last 4 days, we had the highest pollution index number in the world on one day. As the bird flies, it would be over 40...

Re: Tire question

You will need one of the lever type bead breakers or as I do large C clamp to break the bead loose. Then it just a matter of prying the tire off the rim. If the tubes that are in the tires now are...

Re: Push pedal bell ??

Re: Bosch Coil Confusion

Why do you need an epoxy filled coil? Being as it's not stock you can mount it upright.

Re: Rear end/axle grease seal question

Once you pull the cap of the axle tube you then need to take the sleeve out. The seal, if there is one now, is behind it. Most have found that the modern seal on the inside work great for keeping the...

Re: Headlight Lens Difference

More then likely aftermarket replacement. There should be a name or number around the edge. Different makers would have used different patterns in the glass to get the same light spread as Ford...
