1964 Fairlane

I need a chrome strip for the front edge of the hood. NOS or undamaged used.
All body styles of the 1964 Fairlane will fit.

So they may not be OEM but they are a good fit on a 1940 Ford fender. My question is how the rear is held in place. The round lug has me puzzled. Is there something that grabs on to it or slides...

I have what I think are OEM 1940 fender skirts but the rear attachment is missing. How is the rear held in place? What is the round fitting for in pictures 3, 4, & 5?

When you rebuilt the engine did you paint the timing cover and carefully put it on to avoid scratching the new paint? You may have insulated the distributor from ground.

The doors are the same except for the holes that hold the chrome trim. Yes, you will need to trim the top rear corner as you mentioned.

I have another 1937 MH pickup. It worked hard on a Colorado mountain cattle ranch. Truck is complete, as found, needs work, engine turns. I got it for parts to fix my 1941 Marmon Herrington.

Bart , I have 20" wheels as came on 1 1/2 ton dual wheel trucks. If yours is a 1 ton it should use a 17" wheel. Your search for a 600x20 makes no sense. I can probably help but need to know more,...
