Holds up as much as you take care of paint job- using car wax. Putting it on Bumpers and such wouldn't be advisable since Rocks would chip the clear. Point of Ref- the Brake lever was $65.

In the past- I've taken a air hammer tip- wrap in cloth towels/rubber to fit inside tube tightly, pull trigger let it vibrate inside tube while you tug on the outside.
