Ours is a '31, but I am assuming the rear seat cushion attachment is the same.

There are three small tabs that come out from the top of the cab, right over the wood support braces. Install bottom...

This is what we had in May 2015. Thanks for the kind words. I think the truck turned out pretty good. Dad was so happy, I think he pulled an air mattress out to the truck and slept Sunday...

Thank you all. My issue was the clips were not meeting up flush with the mounting tabs. The angle attachment was causing the clips to be at an angle. I took the dremel out and notched a little...
