Re: Stipe shocks

Best to call. Back when I got mine I was on a waiting list for two months and had to give a deposit.

Well worth the wait, I have had them on my car for ~7 years now, no problems.

Hi Kevin. Yes I read your post but I am not familiar with 7 tooth steering boxes. I would guess not many others have an answer for you either. That usually is the case when an question isn't answered...

Re: Snap-On Obstruction Wrench.

Right on jharrellh. Good to hear I could help someone out. It looked like a nice one. The Snap-on code shows it was made in 1957!

Re: Snap-On Obstruction Wrench.

Sorry Carl, I was not responding to you. We're good.

I could have had the one on e-bay a week ago for $39 because no one bid on it. But as I said I already have three. When I saw it relisted for...

Re: Snap-On Dwell Tach

Rob, in post #1 the dwell angle was said to be 42. When checked, 42 equals .020" point gap. 30-35 would be for a six.

Re: B Carb Float Doesn't fit

Bob C is right. David Renner has some used parts that are not listed on his web site and should have what you need. I have gotten some good used parts for Marvel Scheblers from him.

Re: gastank shutoff valve leak at threads- options?

I use Loc-tite thread sealer. It is made for automotive fuel fittings. Works great. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LRD9C8E/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
