Re: Fine point judging...a simple question

Just a general comment. I'm 70 years old and bought my first Hot Rod Magazine in 1961. That being said, many don't care for Rat Rods but I feel they came about by increasing demand to build ultra...

Re: Reproducing Door Panel Retainer Nails ( A-35704-A )

Re: 29 Tudor windlace question

Google Hills saddlery. I just looked at some 3/8 tube rivets for you. Our local fastener company calls them sex rivets. Worth a look. I used them to attach the tack strips to my Tudor backrests. They...

Re: 29 Tudor rear interior side panel-below side window

Fred, Yes the curve need to be there. Not sure how Ford did it but I have seen a brad put in the curve toward the very end. The backrest presses against the curve to hold it there. Thats why you...

Re: 30 Tudor Windlace question.

The top sill has to come out. The top windlace glues to the sill. The rear gets stapled to the door pillar top to bottom. The front slips into the channel at the forward edge of the door and as it...

There is currently a very nice unit available in either 6 or 12v. Roughly $290. Look up Berts Model "A"parts online for a picture. There are several available but this is the best imho.

Re: Alternate Door Panel Clips for 30 Coupe

You may want to look around with some older auto upholstery shops in your area. They may have some stuff stored away.
