Re: B model distributor question

Thanks for the replies, I got the distributor out last night and it isn’t the same as the A.

Re: Pinstriping

My mate is a talented Striper but hates doing long straight lines. It takes a great talent to pull them off the brush evenly.
A bit like panel beating, easier to repair a curved panel opposed to a...

Re: Rear Axle Messtoration

I was going to say the easiest way(still need to get to the backing plate faces),is get a straight edge, measure equal distances from the axle centre line then measure between these marks, front then...

Re: Rotation play in distributor shaft

Just pull your distributor and with some fine nose pliers, pull the intermediate shaft.
Your distributor drive has a tang (offset)with a sleeve pinned over it to index the shaft and the shaft has a...

Re: Rotation play in distributor shaft

Re: Re-skin deck lid

Just be careful folding the edge over.
On my first door skin I was moving along nicely then realised I had slightly collapsed the door frame while bending over and setting the edge, I actually lost...

Re: Has Anyone Ever Found an Abandoned Model "A"

Here out in the wheat belt there’s still a bit of A stuff lying in farm tips and out around the fence lines. Drying up like everywhere now though.
