just check your manifold bolts are nipped up , might just be a vacuum leak. Your vacuum gauge will bounce a few Hg. if its a burnt valve it will be a lot more . just clip a timing light on each lead...

As an international buyer you pay both ends.. If I purchase in the U.S.or U.K I would be paying some sort of tax on it, doesn't come duty free. And now even if its under $1000 I'll be paying a 10%...

I'd go for more wan... show factor, I drive with twin 97's on a slingshot everyday. with mine it takes a while for it to heat up and run well, meaning I have to keep the choke on longer. In traffic...

Sometimes they do read low at idle when HOT. The main thing is that you have good oil pressure when the revs rise. Hes a vid of mine, engine hot in fact I think the fan might be on. 20 lbs is about...

There is a likelihood that your drums might be too far oversize, just because new linings go in doesnt meant it will work, standard linings off the shelf might not work.
Also try some speed...

I was meticulous on installing mine [21 stud].. Damn it leaked bad , popped the old rope in there and its pretty damn...

I'd go the larger with the three rings if you're comfortable with it, dont worry about what may happen 'later' Lawrie because the way you build things it will probably outlast you and I ! Anyway...

The drums seem to be a very good product , I did have issue with the kit , they had welded a part wrong and when doing up the wheel it would lock up, did damage the drum a little , I contacted them...

I run one in my 35 pickup. Its a cheap brand but does pull amps tho'. If I was in the U.S. I'd go a Spal. 16" I use a Davies /Craig digital thermo fan switch [very easy]...
