3 original 28 Tudor fenders: L &R Front and L Rear. Cleaned to bare metal and primed in mid 1980's; Indoor storage since. Min surface rust on one. No dents; Holes for lights, crossbar etc.

Thanks all for the suggestions; my first direction will be the rear brake /parking brake assembly.. its easier; if brakes check out, then pursuit of the rear end broken tooth or more. I cant...
