1965 Thunderbird console texture

I have a 65 t-bird interior in a Kustom. The console appears to be leather covered, but it isn't material, it is like molded with a leather grain type finish.

Any ideas on how to replicate it?

The nuts are a separate plate from the body. You can purchase new ones. You will drop them into the cowl jamb several times while trying to install them... :D

There should be ribs on the body that...

8ba doesn't fit well in 33-34's.
I had to move my firewall back to get it to fit, and then getting a belt driven fan to fit is a whole other thing.
You can swap out all the front stuff and...

Interior door handles question

I know they all share the same square drive, so you can change them out for different years.
My question is, are they all the same length?

Is a 40 window riser the same length as a 33?

I think the floor was patched over the bolt heads :(

Trying to take the cab off the frame, and the bolts at the A pillars just spin. I do not see where they are inside the cab.

Is there access to the head of the bolt somewhere?

@terry,oh I tried, but could not get the bottom channel off without removing the rod..
One side the rod was rotted out, but the other i ended up damaging these "screws" getting them off.

yup, that attaches to a rod that goes to the other side.

"tube nut" is that the proper name for that fastener?
