Re: Intake manifold needed.

Yes, looking closer the distance is noticeably different. If there were a market for that intake I would make one.

Re: New block interest.

There is a stock-type pad for the number. The number can be stamped in by me or anyone else.

Re: New block interest.

Your builder will need to make your block to your specs. I will not be machining blocks for every conceivable combination.

Yep. They are in the pipe as well. I'm thinking yours will be made with my new idea for coring the outside. Wait until you see this idea in production!!!

New block interest.

OK, since things are getting closer to production, despite a very heavy work load, how many people here are really interested in getting a block? I know we initially had a poll that had over a...

Re: Tod's engine block

I will, good or bad. I am probably only a week or so from having the OHV sampled. B head molds should be ready for me to pick up today and bring back to the shop to test fit cores in. Those heads...

Re: Tod's engine block

Thanks for the understanding. I am working on blocks, a new B head (which should see castings within a week or so), Thomas heads, intakes, and the new OHV head (also almost ready to cast), on top of...

Machining new batch of Thomas heads.

Since replacing a couple of machining centers I had to set up existing work in other machines. The Thomas heads are one of those jobs. A run of 10 castings was made and I am finally getting them...

Re: New B head cores...

I have 11 in house to machine for Snyder and 1 extra that was a sample that needed a little welding that will not be visible on the outside and have no effect on quality. I may sell that one myself...

Re: Model a head

They apparently expect that it will work just fine and know they can't sell it as new. It is probably sitting in their show room as well as on Ebay. They break even and someone gets a good deal.

Re: New Snyders head

I have no explanation without experimenting, which there is no time to do. I check heads all the time and cannot find even .0015 variation. Once they leave the shop who knows what can happen? If...
