Re: 1955 Ranch wagon with a 302 engine.

Poolplayer - a suggestion. When dealing with a new subject (problem) it usually better to start a new thread. This way the new problem doesn't get lost under an old heading.

Sorry - but can't...

Re: Two barrel card spacer with pcv

The seller looks to be a HAMB member (2900 plus posts). It looks like you will have to get a screw in nipple to attach a hose. Contact the seller for info if you are a HAMB member

Re: Ebay sales tax in place

Mike - your incorrect. Yes, most states call their tax Sales & Use but they are a little different. Sales tax is paid where you take delivery as mentioned above, usually from a instate seller. ...

Re: Ebay sales tax in place

You are mistaken about paying tax on a boat sale if you bought the boat with after tax dollars and made no profit on the sale, presuming you are not a dealer and the boat was not used in a business.....

Re: Ebay sales tax in place

The tax charged is the state where the item is shipped to, not where the item comes from.

ebay is collecting the tax, not the seller. ebay only takes a commission on the total payment. No...

Re: proper gearing

I think that the 52-56 automatic rears rears had a 3.31 ratio. I don't know if the center sections fit in the 50 rear, but it's something to check out.

If not, look into a O/D trans

Generally, the different colors of the gears mean different...

Mustang cables - there are two kinds for the earlier Mustangs, one has the correct ends you will need. Find out how long it has to be and start looking on ebay. Like this one

Re: Rams Horn Bolts

Use ordinary bolts - those bolts were nothing special. Just make sure the ones you get don't bottom out in the hole.

Re: 272 oil pressure switch and what else

It looks like that plug is the water drain hole. Being almost in line with the core plug makes sense. Usually a petcock is used there instead of a plug, but factory may have been a plug
