As I live out in the country in rural southwest Iowa I can drive my Model A most days without meeting another vehicle with the exception of the occasional farm tractor.

I second John Holland, he did a set for me I sent him 4 from my 29 tudor, but only two were rebuildable. but he had a couple of good cores on hand which were suitable for rebuilding.

What prompted my original question regarding timing of a model a was an experience I had on a 1966 Pontiac OHC 6. After a hard 8 hour drive in the middle of an Iowa summer I had a exhaust valve burn....

I visited a local estate sale recently and came across a Hubleu Toys Metal Model A Sedan.

Of course I could not pass it up so I purchased it and painted it to match my own 29 Tudor. How cool is...

Back in the 50s I delivered the morning newspapers riding on the fender of my dads 29 Tudor whenever I talked him into helping! I wonder what would happen today if that was tried?
