Just before you go to do your driving test put 38 to 40 pounds of air it those front tires, that will make them easier to steer...

40 drone to the extreme, glasspacks are so much better inside and I think sound better outside also.

My experience with the Flowmaster 40 and even 50 series is that they bring much noise in the vehicle and drone is a problem.

I had a Ford with a driveshaft that was made up of two parts with rubber in the center, anyhow the shaft had come out of faze ever so slightly causing the vibration. My fix was to have a new one...

I'm still thinking valve stem seels. Quality of parts on those heads is not the best but there's no reason you can't put good parts on. You can change them with the heads on the car with air plumed...

As you can see any oil on the threads must come from the combustion chamber so the most likly source is the valve guides in my opinion next would be the rings. You could do a compression...

I suppose the oil could be coming from the guides, what type of seals does it have. Maybe you can post a picture of the heads with a valve cover off, detail.
