Re: Mechanical fuel pump
If you are running an updraft carburetor, nix the pump. If a downdraft, you'll need it. If updraft, keep it for now, in case you change your mind...

Re: Any electronic experts out there
I have some experience... Worked for 30 yeas as an electronics engineer. Not sure if a core placed on the coil wire would work, since the high energy bursts are also picked up by the bare copper...

Re: Any electronic experts out there

Re: Modern distributor cap
Quite a bit of difference. With the modern cap the engine won't misfire when it gets wet, modern wires won't emit huge amounts of RFI when the car is running.

Re: Headlight resilver or repalace
The "fella in Ore" is most likely Uvira. Google it. They electroplate aluminum onto the reflector and polish it. I had it done on my old Graham MANY years ago and the brightness approached a sealed...

Re: AA Transmission Replacement
It doesn't get much easier than the Mitchell. I installed a 36% unit in my 28 AA in less than a day's work. Raised on the lift, dropped the torque tube, installed the Mitchell, drove it away. The...

Re: "B" Distributor timing with an "A" front cover

Thanks for the compliment. I asked about the input shaft, since the worm drive has a 10 spline shaft on the input. If yours is the same, there would be no change to attach. However, it might be a...
