Disassemble the whole thing and do it right the first time. Get the rebuild kit and take your time reassembling. You will never have to do it again!

If warped mating surfaces, remove carb and flushout a blow out ALL gas. Baked mine in kitchen oven @ 250 degrees with "C" clamps. Check every 20 minutes and tighten clamps to true up the surfaces....

I used the Flex-Seal to seal a couple windshield washer bags on classic corvettes. I would think it would work on a roof. Mask off the area real good.

Looks like time for a few new gaskets.Do not overtighten the pan. That is what bends it all up. When you remove it, stick a straight edge on it.
