Ck the arm to see if it's cracked. When the engine was out did you do anything different to the linkage or just replace the clutch disc?? New disc: May have to adj linkage to get correct free play??...

Make sure your grounds are good. No paint on either the ell housing or the mating surface of the starter.

What do the drums look like?? What problem(s) are you having with the brakes??
You could try scuffing the brake shoe surface with rough sandpaper.

Take the back cushion out, look at the bottom frame of the cushion, there should be two "holes". Now look at the bottom of the deck lid, there should be 2 "D" nuts that take two bolts thru the 2...

The water pumps move a tremendous amount of water, hoses should be shorter but not a problem.

Get the two wheels to sit straight ahead, adj the tie rod so it fits to the steering arms, now set the toe-in. Simple.

I think most Model A conversions back in the 40's to 60's were a visit to a junk yard and front bearing spacers from Honest Charley's. If the early style (39-42) correct adj is critical as well as...

Try re-torqueing the manifolds. What gasket did youu use on the manifolds?? Gland rings?? I liked the late 31 copper gaskets myself.

You could probably keep the one you have, but I believe you may need a proportioning valve to the front. Or youu could swap to a dual chamber cyl (some use Mustang) but wiould probably still need the...

I've never seen anything BUT pleated.
Take the cushion assy to a local auto upholstery/top shop. They should be able to re-do the seat covering in comparable material. JMO
