Also there is a problem with the threads on SOME spark plugs as others have mentioned.

Before installing the head, thread a plug into a hole and look to see if any threads are sticking out into...

I bought one of the very early Lion Head III 's.

It was VERY sensitive to detonation , it knocked with more than 20 crankshaft degrees advance and it knocked very badly when I pushed hard.

Actually the 10 amps will work if you use the Model A Voltage regulator that every car has as standard equipment!

Run with headlights turned on most of the time in daytime.

When battery was low...

I still have a Simpson Model 260 I got in late 50s.

In the mid 70's I posted on a lot of BBS Bulletin Board Systems using the ARPANET... no photos or attachments ... just Ascii text.

This was many years before DOS or Windows or Apple for that...
