The wrong resistance coil to match the Module ,may need a ballast , is it 12 volt

With respect to all the good suggestions, I think I would be looking to weld up the thread then grind it /turn it in a lath then re thread it, you may need to heat treat it before and after .As...

.try another Radiator shop for a 2nd opinion I would say its blocked /flow restricted .You could add a shroud that will pull the tempt down ,this may be considered a band aid...

Check that the rear spline adapter is tight ,some have the spline not machined as a tight press fit .I have heard A lock tight product can be used as a fix ,

Since most rear spare brackets have the studs placed in a triangle the drain concept wouldn't work ,going by post 23 it shows the drain of to the side instead of in the middle of the studs so there...

I believe The 32 pick up used the same frame dimensions as a 32 car,The cabs are the same dimensions as 33 ,so it would fit but the bed wheel well on a 33 is placed farther back than a 32 ,

The back side , may be to do with the patch panel in the A piller ,see if the other side is the same then maybe slide the hood over to close the gap ,
