I just did mine and they fit snug. Make sure you dont have any extra cups hidden on the bottom. I had that.

Do you have the red book, to see how they are assembled?

First, get yourself a Les Andrews red book and find out why your steering is sloppy/loose.

Then go with both Penrite and the tube and that will help.

KL, does your distributor have the ground clip that attaches to the head bolt and the ignition cable? If not, it should.
