Re: Seeking advice
I do not have pictures of this car. When my sister gets to the point of selling it, I will try to photograph it and post them.
Thank you everyone for your kindness. Everyone on this site has always...

Seeking advice
Haven't posted for several months. My brother-in-law passed recently, and he left a 1929 Durant. My sister will need to sell it. Any suggestions, such as a site for that kind of car? Thanks in...

Green Tudor
Was in Savannah for St. Patrick's Day festivities. I met a green Tudor heading toward downtown on Abercorn St. that was all trimmed out in decorations. Wonder if it was a Barner driving it. I saw it...

Being a '29 Tudor owner, I didn't think the question was out of line. For those who offered help, thank you.

GPS coordinates
Just been looking at the no-ethanol list of stations. Each station shows GPS co-ordinates. Can someone tell me how to enter them on a Garmin 255W navigator please.

Re: Model A Making My Garage Smells Like Gas
I agree with Mike. If there was no smell in the old single car garage, and now there is with no modifications on the "A", I would suspect the Honda. Put it outside for a couple of days and see if the...

Re: Prayer
Mike,
A few words of encouragement from Tennessee. My wife had cancer in 1995 and again in 1996. She is still with me and doing great, so there is great hope for successful treatment. I wish...

Re: Charging problem
Well, DUH, found the problem. The front terminal of the cut-out was not connected to the generator case. Replaced the screw that had apparently fallen out, and everything is fine again. As usual,...

Charging problem
On 9/3 I posted a charging problem on my '29 Tudor, and it was suggested by 2-3 people to polarize the generator. We have tried this and still no charge. The battery is good and takes a charge as it...

Re: Towing Question
I've heard of cars jumping in gear while being towed. Don't know if it's true, or just talk. If it's true, that couldn't be a good situation at 70 MPH.

Re: ticked off brake drum turning
Allen, Find a shop that has an Ammco lathe with a 11/16" arbor. They should be able to resurface your drums with no problem. Send me a private message, and I'll help you find someone in your area.
