Yes Trevor,They are longer. I restored a barn find 34 Vicky back in 1971.'34 Vicky's have several unique features which I won't go into because this thread is about tail light brackets.

There is another other than what is pictured which is the stainless perimeter that is different.I don't have a pic but can attempt to make a drawing and post it if wanted.

I use a multimeter to test for continuity on coils on the bench.If it buzzes its closed (good),no buzz -its open(no good).Now when on the car running and gets hot and circuit breaks then obviously...

Being in Europe and a French flathead - why not French Zenith/Stromberg 97's. They are marked 24.6 on the side which is the metric conversion.

Thank you Michael ! Can't get copper coat here so going dry with the thin bead of Dirko silicone around each water jacket hole on both sides of the gasket.
