Chris, I’m in agreement with a couple of the other guys.....the bottom mount warrants watching for cracking.....(but I tend to over engineer things I make).....the “ Ragged ‘Ol Truck” has got to make...

Yes it’s very possible.....it’s almost a guarantee .......but the motor would still fire if you have fuel,spark and air......did the rebuilt distributor come with a new condenser?......Mark

Make sure whatever adaptor you have for T-5 allows the starter/ring gear to line up where they meet. Make sure the ring is lined up straight on the flywheel.......Mark

They’re 80 yrs old. You need to find an old time radiator repair shop to either repair them or find a way to adapt a newer core into one of those heaters………Mark
