Skips coils are GREAT. (Just don't leave your ignition on. It will fry a coil in short order. (Don't ask me how I know. Twice.)

If you can't find someone who can spin balance it on the car then pull the hub, with the wheel and tire on it, and have that spin balanced. Worked for me. ( 35 Ford Pickup.)
