If they are extra I would just leave them alone and store them the way they are. You won't have to worry about chips and you can never tell by the time you need them you may want a different color....

This one closes at 4 PSI. https://www.issprogauges.com/Heavy-Duty-Pressure-Switch-p/iss-r4006-4.htm It is a candidate to use with the "dual-temp" gauge on my '32. They have custom ones available...

The mechanical brake linkage will be different and the hand brake will be on the left for early '28. If you are doing a restoration the fender braces and running board brackets will be different. ...

The '32 thru '39 standard fans were all similar. You need to show a picture of the side view and maybe a measurement of how far the blade is from the generator mounting surface.
