My friends with multiple cars invariably only have one good battery that they move to the car they want to drive at the moment.

Ever wonder why wheel lug nuts, head bolts and nuts have no locking devices?

Here is what we use on aircraft engines. Only use one time and then throw it away and use a new one.

The bypass valve bypasses the filter if it gets stopped up preventing oil starvation. It reacts to the pressure drop across the filter media not the oil pump delivery pressure.

I had the same problem with a Tillotson. A heavy coat of of Copper Coat sealant on both sides of the gasket and assembled while still tacky solved the problem. It’s been dry now for several years.

Can you post a link to TCP Global Showing that? All I could find was Mercedes Rubelite red on TCP’s web site. Not sure that is the same as the Ford Rubelite Red.

The paint code was from the local NASON paint distributor who scanned the chip. My painter has mix code.
