Hi; Easiest brake upgrade is to use the hydraulic axles and brakes. Not a hard swap as the 34 up are the timken/eaton rear axles. wheels should interchange. Newc

Congrats on your '33. It is the last year for the Ford rear diff. '34's used the timken floating rear diff and thus different wheels. Make sure the larger tires in the rear do not rub sidewalls...

sounds like the shear pin has failed.. happened to me. The torque tube has to come off for inspection of pinon splines. I am in the middle of a possible repair of those splines. Newc
