Don't you hate when this happens?? AND I was trying to get the hose nipple OUT, not tighten it...:confused:
Plus, All of the used parts I can find for sale to replace this are almost $100! :eek:

Update 1/19/2020; did some engine area clean up, moved my coil, condenser, and some wiring, car seems to be running fine, a lil video below since it was so nice outside today in the deep south,...

So it was a beautiful day in the deep south in the mid sixties and sunny most of the day after several days of rain so I went out to the shop and tried out a few things; some Barn'ers were nice...

Awesome stories!
The stalling issue started with an old rusty nissan junk yard fuel tank and fuel neck/cap, all of that was replaced with new correct to the car 36 fuel tank from Tanks Inc. w/vented...

Understand totally, the only thing I can say to this IS; the car ran before I took ownership w/ old helmet dizzy and 12volt conversion can coil, so after the issue started all I did was to replace...

No, went with a coil w/internal resistor on the advice of Bubba's ignition and some others too...
