It is probably a replacement. The owner used bolts instead of rivets.
If all the bolts are there it would be easier just to use it.
Replace missing bots and check all for tight.

The rear hub should be tight. If yours easy ti pull ,it is too loose and is unsafe. The front hub should come off by hand.

The center of of the worm is larger diameter than the ends. When the center wears,it is smaller diameter than the ends. Thus if you adjust a worn center it is tight at ends.

These bearings are used in v8s up to 42,maybe more. Ford # b 7118 A and
B 1721 A. Acording to the Ford parts manual. (28-42)I have found NOS ones from a V8 parts seller. As Tom said find used ones....

I would also reccomend driving it. Several people in our club have had the same situation and driving it freed them up.

I would tear it down also. Too much could get damaged before it frees up if you start it.
Also it is easy to get rust in cyliders after sitting that long.

What air filter are you using. The small hot rod ones do not flow enough and can choke the carb.

I measured how much I wanted to move mine. I put it in a vise and clamped a piece of angle iron to indicate where I wanted to bend it.
I heated and bent it. Turned out just right
