Re: What sets me off .....!

Re: Mustang or Model A most restored vehicle?

I don't know because does it count to be restored twice?? If so, then I'd have to think the Model A has it beat hands down. I was looking at some 1959 pictures of a model A meet with hundreds of...

Damaged my tube

I just replaced 6 tubes. The last one started hissing around the valve stem on inflation. Now I was careful, bounced the tire a lot upon seating and inflating, did inspect the rim and it seemed OK,...

Re: Hartung Auction

What was the deal with the $2000 deposit to be a bidder? Is that credited back to you when you are done, almost like a down payment? ....and whether or not you win an auction?

Re: model a style 28-29 or 30-31

I voted 28-29. I too like the tighter wrapped front fenders. That is my favorite part. I also like the shape of the headlights and steering wheels over that of the 30-31. I just prefer the 'older'...

Re: Best way to fix body cracks?

Yes, any non metal fix you perform will eventually crack again, and maybe sooner than later. That looks like some previous filler work to me. Is that silver colored paint? If you want a quick, non...
