FWIW, I just sold a comparable(?) complete (less engine and trans) 33 coupe for $20K.
A lot of variables, though. What is good on yours might have been lacking on mine, and vice-versa.

I have a 40 radiator that I had radiator shop add two internal braces fabbed from sheet brass inside the tanks to stop the ballooning.

Rather than cutting and inserting the nipple in the lower rad. hose, can you not use the truck pump (Drake) with the threaded outlet in the body?

I'll go with one temp sender driver side, and the heater feed pass. side.

FWIW. there is no second boss next to outlet necks to drill and tap., just smooth. I wish.

I'm working on installing a 40 heater in my flathead 40 coupe.
One of the problems I 've run into is the head outlet, or lack of one.

Here's mine. 41 with the deep 6 cyl front crossmember and transverse spring.
Your number correlates to 42 in the chart, What front spring(s) do you have, transverse or parallel?

Radiator guy says that he can't repair that type of core construction, if that's what you're referring to.
Maybe I need to find another guy? I drove 75 miles to Knoxville to this guy. ...

I had my 40 heater headed toward a resurrection until I found a miniscule leak in the center of the core.:(

Radiator guys x2 says it can't be fixed, but he can have a core custom made for only...
