If you have the ability and tools to adjust the originals they are fine. Had adjustables in my 8BA since 1986. Have never have had a problem.

I made my own transfers (Look just like original) and applied them to the gauges and speedo in my F1. Used comparable screwdrivers on each side of the pointer 180 degrees apart and carefully pried it...

Oh yeah; according to the current Ford commercials, you can use your EV to power your house during an outage.


Is that Ford Motor Co. or Woke Motor Co.
I keep confusing the two.

Ford "HAD a better idea." Decided I needed a new car. Been a Ford fan all my life (77 Years.) Went to three Ford dealers and didn't last 5 minutes in any of them. They won't be making sedans anymore....

The transmission bolts to 6068 which bolts to the frame. 6068 is missing in the picture.

'49 Merc. Lowered 2", shaved, frenched headlights. frenched '51 Chevy tail lights. louvered hood. Sold it in '62 when Uncle Sam called on me. Didn't think I'd be back.

Don't know for sure on the Ford but on a '33 chevy 1 1/2 toner I used to have it was a reverse lock out. Had to lift it to reach reverse.

Wish I could help but having the same problem. Painted my F1 in 1983 with Dupont Centari 1977 Lincoln Dove Grey. Have not been able to match it.

'48 F!. I used to lose coolant. Got a small recovery tank from a S10 brand x. Ran a hose from the overflow tube to the tank. My radiator cap had two seals. One at the top of the tank and one below...

I made a vacuum pump out of an old freezer compressor. Use it with a brake bleeder cup. Works great.

Used the coils from a 1956 - 1962 12V starter. Bolted in and has worked perfectly for many years. I did change to the new style "Bendix". No broken springs to deal with.
